During installing the maintenance applications EZ-catalog the Windows Defender SmartScreen announcement "Your PC is beïng protected" appears.
There only is a button with "Don't execute", but how is it possible to install EZ-catalog anyway?
Explanation
The installer for EZ-catalog can be seen as unreliable by an anti-virus and/or download scanner due to the (new) safety certificate because it is a relatively little used application (less than 100.000 installations/downloads).
Solution
Under the line of text you find "More information . Click on it and there will appear a button with "Execute anyway”.
By clicking the button "Execute anyway", EZ-catalog will be installed.
